LE321-RD Elite is a multi-beam red visible and infrared aiming device with an additional illuminator and flashlight developed and manufactured by Holosun. It is designed to be used as a passive aiming device in all weather and low-light conditions. Additionally, the visible laser beam often applies a "psychological" effect on the target when law enforcement agencies use it in dynamic, high-stress situations.
The product housing is precisely machined from grade 5 titanium alloy for unparalleled durability and reliability during everyday use. LE321 weighs 337 g and measures 95 x 60 x 35 mm, making its dimensions comparable to other devices available on the market. It is also IPX8 compliant, making it dust, splash, and waterproof, withstanding kinetic shocks and impulses of up to 1000 g.

The device uses four different emitters in total:

- A class IIIA red visible laser with a wavelength of 635 nm and a power output of 1 mW and 5 mW.

- A class IIM infrared laser with power output of 0.1 mW and 0.7 mW coaxial to the red laser.

- Infrared illuminator with 0.7 mW power output and 95 to 210 MRAD regulated illumination cone.

- White light illuminator with a 100 and 300 lumen power output.

The head with lasers and IR illuminator is windage and elevation adjustable in a 60 MOA range

A rubber cover secures both heads from physical and field damage. The same goes for the rear-placed connector that attaches a dedicated gel button. The battery compartment and top-placed operating button also use a rubber to keep them in place and secure them from deterioration.
The rear large selector lever and knob allow for quick and easy operation of power modes with wet hands and gloves. The device successfully operates in a -40°C to 51°C temperature range.

Power is provided by a single CR123 battery in a sealed compartment or by a secondary, rear-placed plug that draws energy from a power bank using a USB cable.
