This over-garment is typically worn over the base layer of a uniform and existing gear. It is made from high-quality materials and features a 60% cotton and 40% polyester construction. This material blend provides an excellent balance of durability, comfort, and quick-drying performance. The foundation of the system is a bolero-style cover with a camouflage mesh panel fitted with leaf-shaped fabric elements. An adjustable chest buckle and integrated shock cords in the sleeves provide a high level of comfort and adjustability for the wearer.

The oversized skeletonized hood is spacious enough to fit over a helmet without restricting head movement. A flexible wire sewn into the edge of the hood helps shape it as needed, while multiple drawstrings allow for a secure and customizable fit.
